Fantastical Flights of Freedom is a joyful, exuberant scene in which three brightly coloured birds gather among flowering branches. A jewel-toned sunbird spreads its violet-blue wings at the centre, flanked by a fiery orange-and-red companion below and a smaller ruffled bird to the side, each rendered with lively, decorative flair. Above them, pink and apricot hibiscus blooms tumble across a tangle of green and rust-red leaves.
The palette here is unapologetically vivid — hot oranges, deep crimsons, sunny yellows and iridescent purples set against a band of golden field and a soft dove-grey sky, with a low line of trees suggesting open country beyond.
